Clear Internet Cache

Clearing your browser cache can fix many common issues with web pages that don't load or behave normally.


Windows
Chrome

Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

Select More tools.

Select Clear Browsing Data.

Use the drop-down bar to select the beginning of time.

Make sure the following items are checked:
  • Browsing history.
  • Download history.
  • Cached images and files.
  • Hosted app data.

Make sure the following items are unchecked:
  • Cookies and other site and plug-in data.

Click Clear browsing data.
Firefox

Click the Firefox menu button on the browser toolbar and choose Options.

Select the Advanced.

Click on the Network tab.

In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.

In the Offline Web Content and User Data section, click Clear Now.
Mac
Chrome

Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

Click Clear browsing data.
Firefox

Click the Firefox menu button on the browser toolbar and choose Preferences.

Select the Advanced.

Click on the Network tab.

In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.

In the Offline Web Content and User Data section, click Clear Now.
Safari

From your Safari menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.

Select the Advanced tab.

Check the box that says Show Develop menu in menu bar.

Close the Preferences window.

From your Safari menu bar, click Develop > Empty Caches.
